About

Born in 1974,  Glen Smith is an artist working out of Geelong (Melbourne) in Australia. His diverse practice covers painting, printmaking, artists books, installation, public projection, street art and community art. Aesthetically his work has strong influences from urban art and its street level culture. Content wise he often conveys a social commentary within the subtext of his works. Smith has completed nearly 100 group exhibitions to date, including over a dozen solo exhibitions and is represented in various public and private collections in Australia and overseas.

 

Glen Smith is represented in Geelong by Boom Gallery and Port Jackson Press in Melbourne.
